Couch to 5k!

Three weeks ago I went for a run.  I downloaded the app "Map My Run" and ran 2.5 miles.  Over the next three days I had terrible shin splints and my legs hurt so bad it was excruiciating to sit and stand up!  But I loved the run!  I turned on some Pandora tunes, rocked out, got really sweaty and felt great right after the run!  I decided that I was going to start running so I started the Couch to 5K program.  I just completed week 3 and have not had shin splints once!  I also signed up for a 5K in August.  25k

During the second week of my C25k, I found these shoes on sale for a great price!  I also bought some cute running clothes!  I know it sounds silly but fun shoes and clothes really make my run more fun!
